Who do I coach?

  • Women, 18 years of age or older.
  • Busy women interested in fast, efficient and effective home workouts they can do in little time.
  • Women ready to feel balanced, healthy and happy about their bodies and their fitness.
  • Women who are ready to ditch the fad diets, and are interesting in learning how to get healthy without cleanses, pills, body wraps, detoxes or crash dieting. All of my programs are centered around healthy eating, a nutrition plan based on foods you like, and I teach how to include ALL foods (even treats) in moderation without overeating (#NoFadDiets, #NoBannedFoods).
