Who do I coach?

  • Women looking for one-on-one support and accountability to work through the unique challenges that come throughout life. From giving birth and the postpartum period, to navigating midlife, and even into menopause. 
  • Busy women interested in efficient and effective home workouts they can do in little time - even if you need a workout plan customized around past injuries.
  • Women ready to feel balanced, healthy and happy about their bodies and their fitness.
  • Women who are ready to ditch the fad diets, and are interesting in learning how to get healthy without cleanses, pills, body wraps, detoxes or crash dieting. All of my programs are centered around healthy eating, and nutrition guidance is based on foods you like. I teach how to include ALL foods (even treats) in moderation without overeating (#NoFadDiets, #NoBannedFoods).
