Tone Core and Upper Body with This One Exercise

Been kicking it up a notch with my core workouts, especially plank poses. I wanted to share what I’ve been doing. This exercise in today’s workout video is great to tone core and upper body.

Tone your core and upper body with the Alternate Hand-Elbow Plank.

Since I’ve been getting the hang of making these short workout videos for you, I thought it would be fun and helpful to share in video format!


The Alternate Hand-Elbow plank is one of my favorite exercises. It’s easy to implement at home, as it requires no workout equipment.

As I mentioned, it’s also great to tone core and upper body.
