All workouts can be completed at home - most are only 20 minutes or less. While there are some workouts that don't require any equipment, I recommend at least 1 pair of inexpensive dumbbells to start with.
Yes, if your goal is weight loss, you're in the right place. That's the main focus for most of the women in Forever-Fit Warriors and the content we go over, including the workouts, nutrition and mindset coaching is all geared towards losing weight, but most important - how to keep the weight off for good. My clients have lost anywhere from 10 lbs to over 100 lbs.
Forever Fit Warriors is a lifestyle, not a diet. Our goal is sustainable weight loss, which not only involves exercise and nutrition lifestyle changes, but also mindset coaching and behavior change. Often we KNOW what we need to do to get fit, but we don't know how to stick to our plan long term.
