Need a little fast and fun fitness?
While many people may not think of St. Patrick’s day as a day to workout, here’s a St. Paddy’s day home workout that you can complete in 20 minutes or less! Great if you need a little fast and fun fitness! No workout equipment required. Just use your body weight as resistance!
This workout will help you burn fat, tone up and stay on track today.
As always, build in rests when you need to and let me know how you do!
Shamrock #1:
- 15 Push-ups with Row, followed by 15 squats (repeat 3 times)

- Mountain Climbers for 30 seconds, followed by a Wall Sit for 1 minutes (repeat 3 times)

Shamrock #3:
- 15 Tricep Dips, followed by 15 Squat Jumps!
Remember to build in rests as you need them in between exercises!
