One-On-One Coaching with Barb


  • Daily online coaching, check-ins and accountability with Barb throughout your coaching month. Clients tell me they've never worked with a coach who offers more communication and accountability than they get in this program! 
  • We'll go over food logs nightly, workout updates, and more multiple times per week. I'll be by your side every step of the way.
  • Once per month we'll meet for a 1-hour coaching session. The first month you receive 2 online coaching sessions, as the first session we'll be meeting for an initial nutrition/fitness consultation. The second session occurs about 1 week later where you'll receive your program.
  • Free online group workout classes with me multiple times per month. These classes are in addition to our one-on-one sessions. One-on-one coaching also includes access to my supportive Forever-Fit Warriors online community where we have workout classes, and daily support. 
  • You also receive access to a membership portal with an archive of over 90 workout videos (& growing!) you can do at home!
