How Steph Finally Lost the Weight

I was talking to my client, Steph, prior to when she started coaching with me.

During our initial nutrition consultation, Steph told me she contacted me for coaching because she didn’t know why she couldn’t just “get it together” and lose weight like she used to in the past.

Steph was a frequent dieter. In her many years of trying various weight loss methods she did Weight Watchers, low carb, juice detoxes, calorie counting, as well as other cleanses and diets.

She would lose weight on those past methods, and even though the weight would come back in time, she felt like at least she could have some success on those diets.

What caused Steph to reach out to work with me, though, was that no matter how hard she tried, she felt like she couldn’t even adhere to those old diets anymore. It’s like her body was rebelling and she wasn’t able to stick to those diets more than a few days.

Steph told me she was about ready to give up on her goals to lose weight and get healthy, but after reading some of the testimonials on my website, she decided to give her goals one last chance.
